I’m sharing this video because I think it’s pretty darn cool, Palm Beach Reef Rescue ran into this 4 foot goliath grouper off of Boynton Beach on Sunday. They are critically endangered, so it’s good to see that some of the protections put in place for them may be paying off.

There are just a huge amount of events occurring this weekend, on Saturday, July 3rd from 2pm – 6pm be sure to check out the Lake Worth Neighborhood Associations Presidents Council’s first annual Pub Crawl and BBQ. The theme is beach blanket bingo, go to one of the participating establishments and buy a Bingo card for $15, and it will get you free BBQ at Southshores and Havana Hideout. Come in your swimwear and get B69 free. There’s a 50/50 raffle, relay races and prizes. Pick up your Bingo card now at Southshores, Havana Hideout or Studio 205.

Special screenings this week are:
Alliance Francaise Films – French short movies presented once a month (including 2-4 movies per evening) in association with Alliance Francaise Palm Beach, Friday at 8pm.
Opera: Cosi Fan Tutte, Sunday at 6pm (Gen admission $18, Film society $16 for this event).
Gen admission tickets are $8, first show daily is $6 and Film Society members pay $5.
